@a2hosting Yes. Hostpapa was faster in my tests with shared accounts. That said, I haven’t had the same communication experience w/ them.
Just speed tested @a2hosting vs @HostPapa using a default #Concrete5 install. Hostpapa has consistently been slightly faster than A2.
If you dont have pretty URL’s enabled in #Concrete5 when you’re making a custom 404 page, you have to add /index.php/ to your 404 URL.
